Therapy offerings

I offer individual and couples therapy for adults seeking thoughtful, grounded support.

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and body-aware, which means we pay attention not only to thoughts and stories—but also to emotions, sensations, and patterns that live beneath the surface.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for to begin. Many people come in with a sense of “something’s off” rather than a clear diagnosis or goal.

That’s okay.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy can be a place to untangle old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build more internal steadiness.

People often seek individual work with me around trauma, anxiety, body image, eating disorders, life transitions, or a general sense of disconnection from themselves or their bodies.

We work gently and intentionally, integrating insight with lived experience so changes aren’t just understood—they’re embodied.

There’s no expectation to move quickly. We go at the speed your nervous system allows.

🤍 If individual therapy feels like it might be supportive, you’re welcome to reach out.

Couples therapy

Relationships are often where our deepest wounds—and our deepest longings—show up.

Couples therapy offers space to slow down reactive cycles, understand what’s happening beneath conflict, and explore new ways of relating that feel more honest and sustainable.

I work with couples who want to communicate more clearly, rebuild trust, or better understand patterns that keep repeating despite good intentions. This leads the work into deeper connection and intimacy.

This work isn’t about deciding who’s right. It’s about understanding the system you’re part of—and creating room for something different to emerge.

🤍 A consultation can help clarify whether couples work feels like the right next step.

Body-centered & trauma-informed work

Some experiences live beyond language.

Body-centered therapy gently includes the nervous system, sensations, and emotional responses as part of the healing process—always with choice and consent.

This approach can be especially supportive if talk therapy hasn’t felt sufficient, or if you experience chronic tension, numbness, or overwhelm.

We go slowly. We stay oriented to safety. And we prioritize your sense of agency throughout.

🤍 If you’re curious, we can talk through what this approach might look like for you.
